Online Privacy
Website applications nowadays are mostly about sharing things with your friends online. Most popular websites are Facebook and Twitter. By using these two websites, we’re able to let other people, mainly those who follow us through Facebook and Twitter, know what we do by updating it on our status. These websites allow us to make the decision to privative our profile or not. This will only allow certain people to view our profile.
However, there’re some people who did not use these websites appropriately. They vent out their anger by posting it up on their status. I’ve ever seen one of my friends arguing with her friend on Facebook due to an unpleasant status that her friend had stated about her on the post. Hence, this shows that there is no privacy in the internet as many people can view their argument. Any misunderstanding that we have with other people should be kept privately between us and the other party.
Thus, there is definitely a lot of room for privacy in the internet. It’s all depends on whether we want to privatise it or not. There are certainly some things that can’t be share with others on the net.
P.S.: Internet is for us to connect with other people around the globe. Hence we should make enough room of privacy in the for ourselves.
